1. INTRODUCTION

 

  1. By accessing, visiting, or using any part of the ultra.bet.br (“Website”), or by creating an account on this Site, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Sports Betting Rules, the Bonus Betting Terms, the Online Games Bonus Terms, and any other terms related to promotions, games rules, bonuses, and especial offers available on this plataform. All these documents are collectively referred to as the "Terms." Users are advised to read the Terms carefully before accepting them. If the user does not agree with the Terms, they must not create an account or continue using the Site. Continued use of the Site implies full acceptance of the Terms.


 

  1. PARTIES

ULTRA bet is a brand operated by Suprema Bet LTDA, a company registered under CNPJ nº 56.183.358/0001-51, duly licensed by the Secretariat for Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance (“SPA/MF”) to operate fixed-odds betting and online games in Brazil, pursuant to authorization nº 2.104-20, issued on December 30, 2024, and published in the Federal Official Gazette on December 31, 2024. References to “we,” “our,” or “the Company” in these Terms refer to ULTRA Bet, unless expressly stated otherwise.


 

  1. ACCEPTANCE AND CONDITIONS OF USE

 

  1. By registering an account and/or accessing or using any part of the Services, the user enters into a legally binding agreement with ULTRA bet, including all the referenced Terms.

 

  1. The user must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and meet all legal eligibility requirements to register an account and use the provided Services.

 

  1. Only one player account is allowed per user. Users are not permitted to create or manage multiple accounts. In the case of multiple accounts, ULTRA bet may close all related accounts, including the original, and void any transactions, bonuses, and winnings.

 

  1. By accepting the Terms, the user acknowledges the financial risks associated with gambling and assumes responsibility for any transactions conducted through their account.



 

  1. DISCLAIMER DE RESPONSABILIDADE

 

  1. ULTRA Bet does not guarantee that its platform will always be available or free from technical faults. Interruptions, maintenance, or server issues may occur without any liability attributed to the company. 

 

  1. We are not responsible for financial losses, direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform. Betting involves risk, and users must be aware of this. 

 

  1. Betting tips are based on statistical analysis and do not guarantee profits. Final decisions rest solely with the user.

 

  1. ULTRA bet may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when necessary to comply with laws on Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, or Weapons Proliferation Financing (“AML/CFT”), as required by law.

 

  1. BETTING REFUSAL AND TRANSACTION SUSPENSION

 

  1. ULTRA reserves the right to refuse full or partial acceptance of any transaction submitted by the user. In case of refusal, an adjusted transaction with different odds may be offered, which the user is free to accept or decline.

 

  1. The company may suspend or void transactions, markets, or resolutions in cases such as suspected event manipulation, fraud, or illegal activities.

 

  1. Fraudulent activities, including odds manipulation or using multiple accounts for arbitrage, will not be tolerated. Accounts involved may be suspended or terminated, and funds and winnings forfeited.

 

  1. In case of errors or service malfunctions, ULTRA bet may suspend affected events or markets and void related transactions, including those identified after outcome review.

 

  1. In the event of bet suspension or cancellation, only the staked amount will be refunded directly to the user’s player account.

 

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS AND SERVICES

 

  1. ULTRA bet may update the Terms periodically to comply with applicable laws and regulations, for security reasons, or to reflect operational change.

 

  1. Non-substantial changes may be implemented without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication. Substantial changes will be notified in advance via a notice on the Site or by email.

 

  1. If the user does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the Services and close their Account immediately. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

 

  1. Any natural person over 18 years of age and not listed under Article 26 of Law 14.790/23 may register on the ULTRA bet platform.

 

  1. To use the Services, users must register a Player Account and meet the following criteria:

 

  1. Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting the Terms;
  2. Use the account for personal purposes only, not on behalf of third partie;
  3. Not be prohibited from participating in gambling under Brazilian law;
  4. Have no prior account restrictions or closures with ULTRA bet;
  5. Deposit and withdraw funds from lawful sources;
  6. Acknowledge and accept the risk of financial loss.

 

The following individuals are expressly prohibited from registering and participating:

 

  1. Minors under 18;
  2. Owners, directors, managers, employees, or those with significant influence over the operator;
  3. Public agents with duties related to regulation, oversight, or inspection of the activity;
  4. Individuals with access to lottery betting systems;
  5. Anyone with influence over the outcome of sporting events, including:
  1. Sports managers, coaches, and technical staff;
  2. Referees, sports agents, and athlete representatives;
  3. Officials of sports governing bodies;
  4. Athletes in competitions under Brazil’s National Sports System.
  1. Individuals diagnosed with gambling disorder (ludopathy), as certified by a licensed mental health professional.

 

  1. he user must provide true and complete information during registration and update it when necessary. If provided data does not match documentation, ULTRA bet may reject registration or suspend the account.

 

  1. The CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) used at registration cannot be changed, and account transfers to third parties are prohibited.

 

  1. This provision cannot be used to claim a refund if deposit funds were used while accessing the Site from outside Brazil.

 

  1. By using the ULTRA bet platform, the user declares they are a resident of Brazil. Creating an account or accessing the platform from another jurisdiction constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. Any winnings and loyalty rewards will be forfeited, and deposited funds (excluding winnings) will be returned in accordance with these Terms and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

 

  1. DATA MONITORING AND CONTROL

 

  1. The user agrees that their personal data will be monitored and recorded by ULTRA Bet and the Secretariat for Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance, in compliance with current regulations.

 

  1. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION PROCESS

 

  1. To participate in real-money games, the user must register, open a Player Account, and deposit using one of the approved methods listed on the Site.  

 

  1. A payment account linked to a financial institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil must be registeredeither manually or automatically during deposit.

  1. As part of our registration process, we adhere to the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) protocol. Users must complete the registration form with accurate and truthful information, including: full name, date of birth, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), nationality, gender, address, contact details (email and phone number), payment method information, and the IP address recorded at the time of registration. All information must be correct and verifiable.

 

In addition, the user must complete a facial recognition check and submit either an original photo or native-digital file of a valid photo identification document, including: (i) National Identity Card; (ii) General Registry (RG); (iii) National Driver’s License (CNH); or a valid Passport. All documents must be within their legal validity period. ULTRA Bet may review this information periodically, either internally or with the support of third-party providers. If any discrepancies are found between the information provided and official documentation, the registration may be rejected, or the account may be closed.

 

  1. A user’s account will only be activated for transactions on the platform once the following conditions are met:

- Successful completion of identity and age verification, including CPF and facial recognition;

- Clearance against restricted persons and sanctions lists;

- Acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for betting;

- User authorization for data monitoring and recording by the Operator and the Secretariat for Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance;

- Completion of the account registration process.

 

  1. If we detect suspicious activity or inaccurate information, the account may be temporarily blocked or permanently closed, and the relevant authorities will be notified in accordance with applicable legislation. During this process, we may limit withdrawals and/or restrict access to certain areas of the platform. 

 

  1. If necessary, we may request supplementary documents, such as:

 

  1. Another valid photo ID;
  2. Recent proof of residence;
  3. Utility bills in the user’s name;
  4. Proof of income or financial capacity.

 

  1. While verifications are ongoing, user activity on ULTRA Bet may be temporarily restricted, including holding deposited funds if there are indications of incorrect or inconsistent information or pending submission of additional documents.

 

  1. We are required to conduct certain checks to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations—such as verifying your age, identity, address, location, financial circumstances, and source of funds. We may also conduct credit and fraud prevention checks (“Verifications”). To facilitate this, you may be required to provide various documents containing accurate and truthful information, including but not limited to: a copy of your passport, driver’s license, birth certificate, financial statements, evidence supporting deposits to your Player Account, proof of address, and any other documents reasonably necessary for legal compliance.

 

  1. In addition to supplementary documents, if there are doubts regarding the user’s identity, ULTRA Bet’s Security Team may request further confirmation through alternative means. This may involve questions about betting history, activities, and winnings, or other forms of verification. Participation in a video call is optional; however, if there are signs that the account is being used by a third party, ULTRA Bet reserves the right to close the account.

 

  1. Facial recognition is a mandatory step in our Verification Process. Account registration will not be approved, and access will not be granted until identity and age verification, including document validity and facial recognition are successfully completed.

 

  1. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited under Brazilian regulations. If we discover (even post-registration) that a user is under 18 years of age:

    (a) The account will be terminated;

(b) Any deposited funds will be refunded;

(c) All transactions carried out through the account will be voided; and

(d) We may report the matter to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.


 

  1. All client funds are held in a segregated account, separate from ULTRA Bet’s operational accounts. In accordance with Payment Ordinance No. 615/2024, the Company has taken all necessary steps to ensure that funds held in the transaction accounts:

I. Constitute a separate asset, not commingled with the Company’s assets;

II. Are not subject, directly or indirectly, to any of the Company’s liabilities, nor can they be seized, garnished, or otherwise judicially constrained due to the Company’s debts;

III. Do not form part of the Company’s estate for purposes of bankruptcy, judicial or extrajudicial recovery, intervention, or liquidation;

IV. Cannot be used as collateral for any of the Company’s debts.

 

  1. By registering a Player Account, you understand and accept that we have the right to carry out any Verifications reasonably necessary and/or required under Brazilian law or regulation. These checks are performed at the time of registration and may also occur at later stages, e.g., upon reaching financial thresholds or if specific risk factors emerge or change. You agree to promptly provide any requested information or documentation as part of these Verifications.

 

  1. We may also ask you to confirm your identity in other situations, including in any request for personal or tax information, in the event of inactivity on the Account for 90 days or after three unsuccessful attempts to access the Account.

 

  1. Until all requested information and documents are received and our checks are satisfactorily completed, we may restrict or limit your Account as we deem appropriate. This includes not being able to access the services, carry out transactions or make withdrawals. If the checks are not successfully completed, your account may be suspended and eventually permanently closed. In this situation, it may be necessary to withhold funds from the account in accordance with current regulations.

 

  1. The User is responsible for keeping their Player Account active, with updated and protected data. ULTRA Bet may require the updating or validation of registration information at least once a year. If the User fails to carry out the requested update or validation, the Player Account may be temporarily suspended until the procedure is completed. To request account closure, the User must contact our customer service. At the time of closure, all active Bonuses and Loyalty Rewards linked to the account will be automatically canceled.

 

  1. The reopening of a closed account may be requested by the User through customer service, provided that the request is within the data retention period provided for in the Privacy Policy. In order for the account to be reactivated, the User must fully accept the Terms and Conditions in force on the date of reopening, as well as resubmit to the applicable verification procedures, as described in these Terms.

 

  1. We may provide the information you have provided to credit reference agencies, fraud prevention agencies and/or other authorized third parties for use in identification and credit checks, and for fraud detection and prevention purposes. We may also share your information with the Department of Prizes and Gambling of the Ministry of Finance.

 

  1. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

  1. ACCOUNT SECURITY 

 

  1. You must enter a valid e-mail address and create a password to open your Player Account (“Login Credentials”). You must always keep your Login Credentials secret and confidential and never share them with anyone.

 

  1. All Transactions carried out through your Account and any other activities carried out on or through your Account, where the Access Credentials have been entered correctly and any similar functionalities on your devices (in all cases, whether authorized by you or not), are your responsibility.

 

  1. The confidentiality of the Access Credentials, as well as any potential damage from the failure to maintain the secrecy of this information, shall be your sole responsibility. We will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your Account or your failure to comply with these requirements. You will be liable for any losses incurred by us or any third party resulting from any use of your Account by a third party.

 

  1. For security reasons, you will be required to re-enter your Access Credentials after a period of 30 minutes of inactivity on your Account.

 

  1. We recommend that you change your Access Credentials regularly. If, at any time, you suspect that your Access Credentials are known to third parties, you should change them immediately via your Account settings.

 

  1. If you forget some or all your Access Credentials, please contact the Call Center. Please note that in order to recover or reset your Access Credentials, you will have to go through our Verification Processes, which may include facial recognition checks.

 

  1. The current balance and transaction history of your account can be viewed at any time, once you are inside your account.

 

  1. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

 

  1. We only allow one account per person. The customer may not act as an intermediary, placing bets on behalf of third parties or creating multiple accounts. If a customer is suspected of having opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to temporarily block or permanently close all the accounts involved. In the event of fraud, we will inform the relevant authorities. All winnings, bonuses or free bets associated with these accounts will be canceled, and funds may be withheld if it is proven that they come from illegal sources.

 

  1. Furthermore, we reserve the right to:

 

  1. close such Multiple Account, leaving you with only the original Account (unless we have reason to close all your Accounts - for example, if you have opened more than one Account deliberately or fraudulently);
  2. void all Rewards and/or free bets used on the Multiple Account (and, if applicable, the original Account), and all winnings resulting from such Rewards and/or free bets; and
  3. void all pending and/or future Transactions on the Multiple Account (and all winnings resulting from such Transactions).

 

  1. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

 

  1. Your Account will be classified as “Inactive” when you have not placed any bets for a consecutive period of 90 days.

 

  1. Multifactor authentication will be required to access your Account every 7 days or on the first access after a period of inactivity of more than 7 days.

 

  1. If your Account remains inactive for a consecutive period of 90 days, we may close it and we will return any positive balance in your Account. In the first instance, we will attempt to return the balance back to your last payment method used to fund your Account. We will send you 7 days' notice to the email address registered on your Account before any closure if you have a positive balance.

 

  1. For security reasons, we may need to confirm that the details of your last payment method are still correct before we can return the balance. If it is not possible to return the balance for your last payment method, you will be asked to provide details of a bank account in your name which we can verify and to which we can return the balance.

 

  1. You can “reactivate” a closed Inactive Account by accessing the Account. Access to the Player Account after the 90 (ninety) day period will only be allowed upon verification of the User's identity, through the authentication methods required by current legislation and through the communication channels informed at the time of registration, such as e-mail, SMS, messaging applications or telephone.


 

  1. DEPOSITS

 

  1. You may make Transactions from/to the amount of available funds in your Account. This means that if you want to make Transactions through your Account, you must deposit funds into it. Transactions that may have been accepted when there were insufficient funds in the Account to cover them will be void.

 

  1. We have the right to remove and/or restrict certain payment/deposit methods at any time, without prior notice and without any liability to you.

 

  1. You may only deposit funds into your Account from a payment source for which you are the account holder.

 

  1. We do not accept deposits or Transactions made in cash, payment slips, checks, virtual assets, bank cards funded by cryptocurrencies or any other types of crypto assets, payments or transfers from an account that you have not previously registered, third party payments or transfers, credit cards or any other post-payment instruments.

 

  1. We can only accept deposits of funds held in financial institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil.

 

  1. By depositing funds into your Player Account, you consent and we agree to hold your balance, together with any winnings, for the sole and specific purpose of using it (i) to place your sports and Gaming bets; and (ii) to settle any fees or taxes you may incur in the context of using our services. 

 

  1. All funds that we hold on your behalf are held in a customer bank account designated to be used solely and exclusively for that purpose (“Transactional Account”).

 

  1. We are not a bank and you may not use your Account to hold funds that are not intended for the use of the Services. The funds in your Account do not bear interest and we will not offer you credit (meaning that all Transactions must be funded by sufficient funds in your Account).

 

  1. The Company may, in certain situations, credit Bonus Prizes to your Player Account. These prizes will be incorporated into the bonus balance of your Account. Before any credit is made, you must read and agree to the specific terms applicable to the promotion or reward in question. These terms will be informed to you by e-mail (sent to the address you used to register) or via pop-ups on the site. We run various promotions on the Website, which may take place at any time.

 

  1. Bonus Prizes are kept separately from Deposit Balances in the Player Account. These winnings can only be withdrawn once they have been converted into real money winnings, which become part of the Deposit Balance. When the Player Account has both Deposit Funds and Loyalty Rewards, the use of these amounts will be prioritized by the Deposit Balance.

 

  1. The specific terms and conditions of the promotion are published on the Platform, in addition to the regulations of any promotion.

 

  1. WITHDRAWALS

 

  1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize ULTRA Bet to automatically credit any prizes or winnings obtained directly to your graphical account (wallet). This means that your winnings will remain available for future bets, ensuring greater convenience. If you prefer to withdraw your winnings, simply follow the withdrawal process described in these Terms and Conditions. You can change this preference at any time in the "My Account" section.  

 

  1. To withdraw your winnings, you must follow the withdrawal procedure in force, as described in these Terms and Conditions and in the Withdrawal and Deposit Rules. Automatic withdrawals will only be processed after any wagering requirements and compliance checks have been completed.

 

  1. You may withdraw any existing real money balance in your Account at any time, which will be credited within 120 (one hundred and twenty) minutes of your request, provided that:

    (a) all payments made to your Account have been confirmed as completed and have not been reversed into Bonuses or otherwise canceled;

 

(b) we have completed our Verifications satisfactorily. If we have requested information from you to carry out these Checks, any delay in providing it may cause delays in withdrawing funds;

 

(c) we are not required to withhold payments from your deposits and/or winnings due to applicable laws or regulations and/or we have not been instructed to do so by a regulator; and

(d) the total amount of each deposit made to your Player Account must have been wagered in full. In the event of a request to withdraw amounts from deposits that have not yet been used for wagering, the Company reserves the right to apply restrictions, including postponement of withdrawal. We would like to point out that, in such cases, it may take longer to analyze the request, in order to ensure that the transaction does not represent any legal or regulatory risk for the Company.

 

(e) there is no ongoing or completed investigation (unless completed and decided in our favor):

 

i) relating to an Error, Interruption or Malfunction involving any aspect of the Services you have used; or

ii) if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in Prohibited Activity, which would entitle us to withhold funds;

iii) and, in the case of (i) and (ii) above, you acknowledge and understand that, as we clarify in the "Important Information" section at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions, we have the right to void any affected Transactions, withhold funds (including any winnings) and (in the case of Prohibited or illegal Activities) suspend and ultimately terminate your Account.

 

  1. We may employ facial recognition at the time of withdrawal to verify your identity and confirm that the registered account does indeed belong to you.

 

  1. Withdrawal payments may only be made in the name of, and to, the Account holder, and will be made in Brazilian currency.

 

  1. Withdrawals can be processed by clicking on “Withdraw” in the Player Account, subject to there being sufficient funds in your Account, unless these Terms require or entitle us to withhold funds. Authorized withdrawals will normally be processed back to the same Account used to deposit funds, unless the balance is funded by more than one financial institution, in which case the withdrawal will be split between the accounts on a pro-rata basis.

 

  1. We do not impose a maximum withdrawal amount per day, however, specific withdrawal methods carry their own maximum limits per transaction, as per the Deposits and Withdrawals Rules. 

 

  1. You may not withdraw any Bonus Balance amount unless you agree to the terms and conditions applicable to the Loyalty Rewards program, Promotion and the Bonus Policy available on the website.

 

  1. Withdrawal requests will be processed for 120 minutes after the user's request, subject to the exceptions provided, which may be delayed due to events beyond our control, in which case we undertake to make payment as soon as such event causing the delay ceases.

 

  1. You are solely and exclusively responsible for declaring your profits and losses to the competent tax authorities. For the purposes of complying with tax obligations, ULTRA bet will make available an annual income report, prepared in accordance with the rules applicable to the Proof of Income Paid and Withholding Income Tax, issued by the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil.

 

  1. If your account is inactive, blocked or deleted, for any reason that is not related to the identity verification procedure or any type of fraud and illegality, you can contact our call center to request recovery of any deposit funds. Our team will analyze the request and, respecting the applicable legal and regulatory obligations, will provide the necessary instructions for the return of the amounts due. To guarantee the security of the operation, the Player must answer verification questions to prove their identity and confirm ownership of the account and the respective funds.



 

  1. EXECUTION AND CONFIRMATION OF TRANSACTIONS

 

  1. We have the right to refuse all or part of any Transaction requested by you through the Services. If we refuse all or part of a Transaction, we may offer a different/altered Transaction (e.g. with different odds) in place of the part of the Transaction refused, which you may accept or refuse as you wish. For security reasons, we may not communicate the reason for declining the Transaction or offering a different/altered Transaction.

 

  1. You will not be charged for declined Transactions if a different/changed Transaction is not offered, or if you decide not to accept the different/changed Transaction.

 

  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Transactions are correct. Once Transactions have been made they cannot be canceled by you. Transactions can only be changed by using our Edit Bet feature, where this is available.

 

  1. Your funds will be allocated to specific Transactions in the order in which they are made and will not be available for any other use. Transactions made using funds that have already been allocated to one or more Transactions will be void.

 

  1. Transactions will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your Account to cover them.

 

  1. Transactions will not be valid until we receive confirmation of payment in full. Transactions will be automatically void if we do not receive payment before the start of the relevant event.

 

  1. Should a dispute arise, you agree with us that our Transaction registration database will be the final authority in such matters.

 

  1. PROMOTIONS, REWARDS AND OFFERS

 

  1. ULTRA Bet may, at its sole discretion, make available to users promotions, promotional campaigns, rewards, bonuses, free spins, cashback and loyalty programs (“Rewards”), with the aim of fostering player engagement, recurrence and entertainment experience.

 

  1. All terms and conditions applicable to Rewards and promotional campaigns will be previously disclosed in the “Promotions” section of ULTRA bet's official website. Participation in any promotion implies full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Bonus Terms and the specific rules of each campaig.

 

  1. Rewards may not be granted in the form of an advance, anticipation of winnings or prior financial advantages, unless clearly authorized by applicable regulations.

 

  1. Not all Rewards will be available to all users. ULTRA bet reserves the right to make personalized offers available based on activity history, risk profile, gaming behavior and internal eligibility criteria.

 

  1. To use Rewards, the player must have a valid and verified account, with up-to-date and correct personal data, and have accepted these ULTRA bet General Terms and Conditions. Rewards are personal, non-transferable and linked exclusively to the user's account. They cannot be transferred, assigned or converted to another player.

 

  1. All Rewards are limited to one per person, per CPF, per device, IP, email or payment method, without exception.

 

  1. ULTRA reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel at any time any Reward, loyalty program, cashback or active promotion, including associated terms, for operational, promotional, legal or regulatory reasons. However, Rewards already activated will remain valid according to the terms in force at the time of joining.

 

  1. Rewards from loyalty programs may only be withdrawn once the previously stipulated conditions have been met. Failure to comply with these conditions or improper use of the program may result in the correction or cancellation of the reward or even the exclusion of the user from the program.

 

  1. ULTRA bet may prevent the activation, use or completion of Rewards for technical, legal, security, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud reasons or guidelines linked to the Responsible Gaming policy.

 

  1. Constituem práticas abusivas, passíveis de sanção:
  1. Creation or use of multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining repeated promotional benefits;
  2. Placing minimum bets for the sole purpose of releasing rollover (low-risk bets);
  3. Withdrawing the amount deposited without complying with the bonus release conditions;
  4. Use of VPN, change of IP or location to access promotions unavailable in the original jurisdiction;
  5. Sharing or unauthorized use of the account to improperly access promotions;

  1. SETTLEMENT AND PAYMENT

 

  1. When you use the “Edit Bet” feature, we will treat the initial Transaction made as a “closed bet” and the edited Transaction will be treated as having been made by you using the funds from the “closed bet” of the initial Transaction.

 

  1. The calculation of "Returns" available on the Facilities is for information purposes only and all bets will be calculated using the stake at the accepted odds. In multi-bet/accumulator Transactions with one or more void selections, the "Returns" value is reduced accordingly.

 

  1. If a player includes a Non-Participating or Void selection in a Multiple/Betting Transaction, the Transaction will be settled on the basis of the remaining selections.

 

  1. Unless you inform us otherwise, winnings resulting from resolved Transactions will be added to your Account balance, subject to our rights to void winnings/withhold amounts as explained and specified in these Terms.

 

  1. We have the right to (i) suspend our offer of any event or series of events on any of our markets and/or all of our markets, (ii) withhold settlement of bets and/or (iii) declare Transactions void, if we have evidence that any of the following have occurred in relation to such events or series of events:

    (a) the integrity of the event(s) has been questioned;

(b) the odd(s) or pool have been manipulated;

(c) we have reason to believe that automated systems or players have placed the bet;

(d) we have received incorrect information regarding such event(s);

(e) irregular or unusual betting patterns have occurred; or

(f) match-fixing has occurred.


 

  1. Evidence of the above may (without limitation) be based on the size, volume or pattern of Transactions. If no evidence of any fraudulent or illegal conduct is found after completion of our investigation (and/or, if applicable, the investigation by the relevant regulator of the sport in question, if any), the resolution of the relevant Transactions will be completed. The decision given by the relevant regulatory body will be conclusive.

 

  1. If there is evidence of a series of Transactions, each containing the same selection or selections, made by the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right to void the Transactions or withhold payment of winnings pending the outcome of any further investigation.

 

  1. For events where there is no official start time, the published start time of the event shall be deemed to be the “start time”. If, for any reason, a Transaction is accidentally accepted after the start of an event or match (except In-Play Betting, clearly indicated in the Services), the Transactions will stand, provided that the outcome is not known at the time of making the Transaction. If, however, the outcome of an event/market is known, we have the right to void the Transaction, whether it is a winner or a loser. Disputes regarding the time of the Transaction will be resolved using the Transaction log. 

 

  1. In-Play Betting: when we have reason to believe that a Transaction has been made after the outcome of the event is known, we have the right to void the Transaction, whether it is a winner or a loser.

 

  1. If, for any reason, we are unable to validate the outcome of a particular market (e.g. due to loss of live footage), all Transactions will be void, unless resolution has already been determined.

 

  1. It is your responsibility to declare your gains and losses to tax and/or other authorities in your jurisdiction.

 

  1. Resolution of Transactions in American sports: in all cases, Transactions in American sports will be resolved using statistics and results provided by each sports governing body (with the exception of obvious errors). The sports governing bodies are as follows: NFL, NCAAF, CFL, NBA, NCAAB, NHL, MLB, NASCAR, MLS and PGA tour.

 

  1. SPORTS BETTING

 

  1. We accept Transactions on sporting events that are advertised on the Services. All Transactions are subject to the rules applicable to each sport. In a match between 2 teams, in cases where the participants are nominated, if any player is substituted before the match starts, all Transactions made prior to this change and relating to the substituted/not started player will be void, whether they win or lose. Our general betting rules will apply in any situations that are not covered by our special rules.

 

  1. In cases where the outcome of a market is a draw and there is no price for that same eventuality, all Transactions on the participants involved in the draw will be void and the stake returned.

 

  1. The result of a match or event will be determined on the day of its conclusion for betting purposes, subject to confirmation by the governing body of the sport in question. Subsequent matters which may result in a change of result will not be recognized by ULTRA Bet, and the initial Settlement will prevail.

 

  1. If a venue of a sporting event is changed, all Transactions made (based on the initially determined venue) will be void, and the amounts thereof will be returned, unless otherwise specified.

 

  1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

 

  1. ou may only use the Services and your Account for lawful, recreational, gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any activity that we define as “Prohibited Activity” and you acknowledge and understand that the consequences of doing so will include (depending on the particular circumstances) the cancellation of any relevant Transactions, the withholding of any winnings attributable thereto and the suspension and/or termination of your Account. You may also be liable to compensate us for losses suffered by us as a result of you engaging in Prohibited Activity.

 

  1. Each of the following activities (including any attempt to engage in such activities) is defined as a “Prohibited Activity”::

 

  1. if you go bankrupt;
  2. if you deliberately attempt to circumvent our Responsible Gaming policies and procedures;
  3. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have used the Services fraudulently and/or for illegal purposes, including any involvement in match-fixing or corruption in actual sporting events;

  5. if you submit tampered and/or fraudulent documents to enable verification of your account;
  6. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have engaged in a betting strategy which exploits differences in odds between different betting operators, or which involves placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event in order to secure a profit regardless of the outcome of the event (sometimes known as “arbitrage”);
  7. if we discover or have reason to believe that you are depositing or withdrawing money, or using the Services in any other way, without genuine gambling activity;
  8. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have used the Services unfairly, including by cheating, colluding with or taking unfair advantage of us, the Services or any other user of the Services;
  9. if we discover or have reason to believe that your Account is being used for the benefit of or on behalf of any third party and/or if you are using the Services for any other purpose, including to defraud us or any other user of the Services
  10. if we discover or have reason to believe that your Account is being used for the benefit of or on behalf of a third party and/or if you are using the Services for any purpose other than personal use and enjoyment (including if you are using a third party Account);
  11. if we discover or have reason to believe that you are depositing funds into your Account without the intention of carrying out Transactions;
  12. if the name on your Account differs from the name on the payment method used to make deposits to your Account;
  13. if we discover or have reason to believe that you are an individual prohibited from gambling under applicable local law;
  14. if you are using or attempting to use a VPN or similar technology to disguise your location;
  15. if we have received a "back charge", "rejection", "reversal" and/or "return" notification through a deposit mechanism used on your Account;
  16. if you misuse any Rewards, including if we discover or have reason to believe that you are taking unfair advantage of, exploiting or manipulating any Rewards, or if you breach the Reward Terms in any way;
  17. if you provide incorrect, incomplete or misleading information at the time of registering an Account or at a later time;
  18. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have allowed or enabled third parties to use or access your Account;
  19. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have opened or are using one or more Multiple Accounts deliberately or fraudulently;
  20. if we discover or have reason to believe that you are using our foreign exchange service for any purpose other than carrying out Transactions through the Services (e.g. foreign exchange hedging, financial speculation and/or any other form of foreign exchange trading);
  21. if we discover or have reason to believe that you are prohibited from making Transactions by any term in your contract of employment, these Terms or any rule of the governing body of a sport or any other professional body of which you are a member and which applies to you.;
  22. if the Transaction is made on the outcome of a race, competition, other event or process, or on the likelihood of something occurring or not occurring, and we discover or have reason to believe that you know the outcome of that race/competition/event/process;
  23. if we discover or have reason to believe that you are improperly using non-public information to carry out a Transaction;
  24. if we discover or have reason to believe that you are depositing money from criminal and/or illegal activities into your Account;
  25. if you act in a defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate manner towards other users of the Services, our customer service staff and/or other employees/representatives;
  26. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have used automated systems or software that copies and/or extracts all or any part of the Services, any information or data in the Services or any part thereof (including, but not limited to, results, statistics, sports data, fixture lists, odds and other betting values) or any other information or data contained in any part of the Services and/or the source code (sometimes known as "screen scraping" or "scraping");
  27. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have sought to use for commercial purposes all or part of the Services, the information or data on the Services (including but not limited to results, statistics, sports data, fixture lists, odds and other betting values) or any other information or data on the Services and/or in the source code;
  28. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have interfered with, disrupted or manipulated in any way the operation of the Services or the normal functioning of any of the Services;
  29. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have used third party player assistance programs or software, which are designed to provide an unfair advantage to customers including (without limitation) the use of artificial intelligence, automated players (robots) and/or player assistance software;
  30. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have exploited or participated in the exploitation of a flaw, loophole or error (including any Error, Malfunction or Interruption) in the Services and/or our software or any third party software;
  31. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have been diagnosed with a gambling problem or disorder;
  32. if we discover or have reason to believe that you have sold, transferred and/or acquired or attempted to sell, transfer and/or acquire any Accounts of other customers; and
  33. if you violate these Terms or any of our policies in any way.


 

  1. If participation in Prohibited Activities is identified, or there are reasonable indications of such, ULTRA Bet may, without prior notice and at its sole discretion:
  1. Immediately suspend or terminate the Player's Account;
  2. Cancel winnings, bonuses and accumulated rewards;
  3. Temporarily withhold or block any available funds until manifested by the competent authorities;
  4. Void relevant bets or transactions;
  5. Exclude the user from loyalty programs and promotional campaigns;
  6. Apply administrative penalties provided for in these Terms;
  7. Demand compensation for any losses and damages suffered.

 

ULTRA bet will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from these measures, which may be adopted whenever necessary to preserve the integrity of the platform, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, or curb fraudulent conduct.

 

  1. In the event that the user identifies or suspects fraudulent practices, cheating, collusion between users or other improper conduct, they must immediately notify ULTRA bet Support through the official channels available on the platform.

 

  1. ULTRA bet reserves the right to report to the competent authorities, other gaming operators, financial institutions, payment providers or other relevant entities any suspicion of illegal, fraudulent or incompatible activity with these Terms. The user undertakes to cooperate fully with ULTRA Bet during internal or external investigations, providing information, documents or records whenever requested.


 

  1. SUSPENSION, LIMITATION AND TERMINATION OF YOUR PLAYER ACCOUNT

 

  1. We shall have the right to close your Account and therefore terminate the contractual relationship with you at any time upon reasonable notice of not less than seven (7) days sent to the e-mail address registered in your Account.

 

  1. We may terminate, restrict, limit or suspend your Account if we discover or suspect (acting reasonably) that you have engaged in Prohibited Activity, in which case we have the right to take immediate action without notice, following the investigation process set out below.

 

  1.  If we discover or have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have engaged in Prohibited Activity, we will limit or suspend your Account and initiate an investigation, with a 30-day review period. We will notify you of the Account limitation or suspension. We will also inform you of the period within which you must provide a response, should you wish to do so.

 

  1.  You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation. Please note that your Account will remain restricted/suspended while the matter is investigated. You will not be able to access or withdraw funds during periods of suspension, and any balance will remain in your Account. We may also suspend any bets related to the suspected Prohibited Activity, as well as the payment of winnings related to bets placed, pending the conclusion of our investigation.

 

  1. We will use reasonable endeavors to carry out our investigation within a reasonable period, and in any event within 30 days from the date of our knowledge of the suspected Prohibited Activity. You acknowledge that any delay on your part in responding to our requests for information, or other requests, will affect our ability to complete our investigation in a timely manner.

 

  1. If our investigation results in us deciding (acting reasonably) that the situation is satisfactorily resolved, we will remove the Account suspension and pay any rewards that may have been suspended pending the conclusion of our investigation.

 

  1. If our investigation results in us deciding (acting reasonably) that you have engaged in Prohibited Activity, we will permanently close your Account. In these situations, your details may be passed to the Ministry of Finance's Office of Prizes and Betting and any other relevant bodies. We will also void any manipulated or fraudulent bets and, in the event of proven fraudulent activity, we may withhold the funds deposited in the Account in accordance with applicable local law.

 

  1. We may be required to restrict, suspend or close Accounts from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons, including if we are required to do so by a competent authority and/or by the terms of our license. Such actions, if applicable, may affect the use of your Account.

 

  1. If we close your Account, any positive real money balance in your Account at the time of closure by us will be paid back, except in the following cases:

    (a) if you have engaged in illegal activities, we will not be obligated to return to you any money that may be in your Account; and

(b) if we discover or determine (acting reasonably) that you have participated in any Prohibited Activity, we may be permitted to withhold all or part of your Account balance to the extent of the damages caused by the relevant Prohibited Activity(ies).


 

  1. SELF-EXCLUSION AND WITHDRAWAL

 

  1. If you wish to close your Account, you can do so without prior notice via our website or by contacting us. If, due to a Malfunction, winnings are credited to your Account that you would not have received but for the occurrence of such Malfunction, we shall have the right to void any relevant or related Transactions and to withhold the relevant winnings. (b) Incorrect Result for Cash Out or Edit Bet – when a Transaction has been cashed out or edited using the Edit Bet feature, and the Cash Out or Edited Bet value is incorrect due to an incorrect result (e.g., VAR), the Transaction will be reinstated and settled with the correct result.

(c) Incorrect Event – if the wrong name of a player or team is mentioned in the context of an event, all Transactions will be voided. This decision will be made at our sole but reasonable discretion.

(d) Incorrect Market – if an incorrect market is listed for any match or event, the Transactions placed on that market will be voided; other markets may also be voided. This decision will be made at the sole but reasonable discretion of ULTRA Bet.

(e) Late Bets – when a “late bet” Transaction is inadvertently accepted, the Transactions will be voided, and therefore any Transaction placed when the result is already known, including In-Play, will be voided.

If, due to an Error, winnings are credited to your Account that you would not have received but for the occurrence of such Error, we shall have the right to void any relevant or related Transactions and to withhold the relevant winnings. (f) any delay or failure in performance of our obligations, if such delay or failure arises from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) any failures in telecommunications networks, power outages, third-party hardware or software failures, fire, pandemic, lightning, explosion, flooding, severe weather, industrial disputes or lockouts, terrorist activity, and acts of government or other competent authorities;

(g) your conduct in deliberately circumventing any responsible gambling measures in place (whether set by you or by us); or

(h) any failures or issues arising from your equipment, internet connection, or internet/telecommunications service provider (including, for example, if you are unable to place Transactions or view or receive certain information related to specific events).


 

  1. From time to time, all or part of the Services may be unavailable due to maintenance and/or changes or improvements to any of the Services, and we shall not be liable to you in such circumstances.
