We are registered as a “Controller” in Curaçao and maintain your data on servers in Luxembourg and elsewhere.
CHILDREN UNDER 18
The ULTRA bet registration is ONLY allowed for individuals 18 or older who fully agree to this Policy. ULTRA bet provides adult entertainment services, implementing controls to prevent underage access.
If you are under 18, DO NOT REGISTER OR USE OUR SERVICES. If ULTRA bet detects false age information, your account will be deleted and any winnings forfeited, and we may report to authorities.

International transfer: Data stored in Curaçao, transfers follow LGPD Art. 33 and GDPR compliance.
8. STORAGE PERIOD
- Registration, ID & identity proof: 5 years after end of relationship (CDC & Law 14.790/2023).
- Digital ID logs: 6 months (Marco Civil), extended to 5 years if linked to fraud investigations.
- Activity data: 5 years post relationship; longer if fraud/AML issues arise.
- If you self-exclude, same terms apply; during legal disputes, data retained for 6 years after resolution.
Servers may reside in Brazil or abroad; third-party processors must meet ULTRA bet’s security standards.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
You have rights to:
- Access: know what personal data is processed.
- Correction: fix incomplete/inaccurate data.
- Anonymization: request pseudonymization of excess data.
- Blocking: suspend processing of excess data.
- Deletion: remove personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
- Portability: transfer your data to another service.

Note: Only truthful data can be provided; requests for deletion may still be overridden by legal obligations (e.g. for data portability, research, legal compliance).
After storage periods end, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
10. PORTABILITY & AFFILIATE PROGRAM (“Bet Club”)
If you follow an affiliate (“Club”) that leaves ULTRA bet, you can request data portability to the new platform via Support or at encarregado@suprema.group.

11. HOW TO SELF‑EXCLUDE
To delete your account:
- Go to your profile on the Site;
- Click “Personal Data”;
- Choose “Delete Account”;
- Provide a reason;
- Confirm or cancel.
Accounts are deleted, but legal retention for 5 years applies, extended if fraud is found.
12. PROTECT YOUR DATA
We encourage you to:
a. Use strong passwords;
b. Use antivirus;
c. Keep your password secret;
d. Avoid written copies;
e. Always log out.
If suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We never ask for full personal data via email with executable attachments or download links.
