BONUS AND PROMOTION TERMS

This Policy sets forth the guidelines applicable to the granting, use, and management of bonuses, promotions, and rewards offered by ULTRA bet, a brand operated by Suprema Bet LTDA, a company registered under CNPJ No. 56.183.358/0001-51, duly licensed by the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets of the Ministry of Finance (“SPA/MF”).

The ULTRA bet Bonus Terms are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) of the website www.ultra.bet.br. In the absence of specific provisions in this document, the General Terms and Conditions shall apply subsidiarily, always favoring the most restrictive interpretation regarding the use of bonuses and promotional programs.

Participation in any promotion implies full and unrestricted acceptance of these Bonus Terms and the specific conditions linked to the respective campaign. The offer of bonuses and promotions aims to encourage player engagement and loyalty, ensuring that such commercial initiatives comply with Brazilian legislation.

1. Main Definitions

• Bonus: promotional credit granted by the platform to the user, with no real monetary value until the conditions set forth in this Policy are met.
   
• Promotion: campaign or advertising action with temporary benefits to the user, such as free bets, bonus spins, or odds boosts.
   
• Eligible User: a natural person over 18 years old, duly registered and with a verified account.
   
• Release Requirements: conditions that must be met for the bonus to be converted into real balance and/or withdrawn.
   
• Bonus Balance: promotional amount separated from the real balance.
   

2. General Provisions

1. All bonuses and promotions are optional and may be declined at any time before acceptance.
    
2. Acceptance of any bonus or promotion implies full agreement with this Policy, the Terms of Use, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
    
3. Each promotion may contain specific terms and conditions, published on a dedicated page linked to the campaign.
    
4. Bonus offers are available only to active users with verified accounts who meet the requirements established for each promotion.
    
5. Each promotion is personal, non-transferable, and limited to a single user identified by CPF, IP address, email, phone number, and device, provided that the “Know Your Customer” process has been successfully completed.
    
6. ULTRA bet reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer, as well as modify the Bonus Terms, at any time, with reasonable prior notice where applicable.
    
7. In cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent practices—such as creating multiple accounts, group betting to guarantee winnings, or misuse of bonuses—ULTRA bet may, at its sole discretion:
    
   1. Cancel the granted bonus and/or promotion;
       
   2. Invalidate winnings obtained through the bonus and/or promotion;
       
   3. Annul participation in ongoing promotions;
       
   4. Withhold available balance;
       
   5. Suspend or terminate the player’s account;
       
   6. Impose future restrictions on access to promotions.
       

3. Bonus Activation and Expiration

1. Players can view, activate, and track available bonuses in the “Bonuses” section within their account.
    
2. Only one bonus can be active at a time. Pending or future bonuses are visible in the “Upcoming Offers” area and will be automatically activated after the current bonus expires.
    
3. Each bonus has a specific validity period, informed at the time of activation. If not used within the specified period, it will automatically expire and be removed from the account.
    
4. The active bonus is not withdrawable until all Promotion conditions are fully met, unless expressly stated otherwise in the commercial offer.
    

4. Types of Bonuses and Promotions

1. Free Spins
    
   1. Free spins are valid only for the games specified in the promotion, granted for use on specific slots indicated in the promotion.
       
   2. The standard usage period is 2 days, unless otherwise specified.
       
   3. Winnings from free spins are generally converted into bonuses and may have wagering requirements for withdrawal.
       
   4. Unused free spins will be automatically removed from the promotional balance.
       
   5. Removal of unwanted spins can be requested by email at sac@ultra.bet.br with the subject “Free Spins Removal.”
       
   6. Each free spins promotion defines the validity period and win limits.
       
2. Free Bet
    
   1. A free bet is a promotional amount that the user can use to place sports bets without risking their own balance. The refunded amount will be credited as a free bet and must be used according to the offer’s conditions, on a specific event.
       
   2. The free bet is not withdrawable and must be used in full on a single event, accumulator, or bet builder.
       
   3. It may be offered as part of a reload promotion or specific event.
       
   4. If the free bet results in a win, only the winnings will be credited, excluding the initial bet amount.
       
   5. Failure to use within the specified period results in automatic expiration; the free bet amount is usually not withdrawable, but net winnings may be withdrawn after requirements are met.
       
3. Online Games Bonus
    
   1. Bonuses granted exclusively for online games—“Casino” tab—such as live roulette, blackjack, game shows, and other products in this section, cannot be used for sports betting, cash games, or products outside the Casino environment.
       
   2. The bonus may require a minimum betting volume (rollover) before becoming eligible for withdrawal, as described in the specific offer.
       
   3. Winnings from Casino bonuses may be limited depending on promotional campaign terms.
       
4. Cashback
    
   1. Cashback consists of a refund of a percentage of net losses over a specific period or game.
       
   2. The cashback amount will be credited as a bonus and may or may not require wagering for withdrawal, depending on the promotion, or credited as promotional balance.
       
   3. Cashback may be redeemable only after the promotional period ends, unless otherwise specified.
       
   4. The percentage and conditions for receiving cashback are defined in the respective promotion.
       
   5. It may be subject to rollover before withdrawal, according to the offer’s terms.
       
   6. In case of multiple active campaigns, priority of granting and use will follow the activation order in ULTRA bet’s system.
       
5. Cash Bonus
    
   1. After acceptance, the cash bonus will be credited in the “Bonuses” section of the account.
       
   2. It remains “Pending” until release criteria (e.g., betting volume) are met.
       
   3. The bonus can be used on any platform product (casino, sports betting, slots, etc.).
       
   4. If the bonus remains pending for more than 30 days, it will automatically expire unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
       
6. Loyalty Program
    
   1. An exclusive initiative to reward frequent and engaged players by granting progressive benefits according to betting volume, usage frequency, and relationship history with the platform.
       

5. Conduct Rules and Sanctions

1. Participation in ULTRA bet bonuses and promotions is conditioned on full compliance with these Conduct Rules. Non-compliance may result in suspension or cancellation of benefits, and other applicable measures including:
    
   1. Abusive conduct includes but is not limited to:
       
      1. Registering multiple accounts with similar data or to receive bonuses/promotions more than once;
          
      2. Withdrawing deposited amounts before fulfilling the bonus rollover;
          
      3. Coordinated betting among multiple accounts or user agreements to manipulate results and guarantee bonus returns;
          
      4. Using automated tools, bots, or similar practices to bypass promotional rules;
          
      5. Placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements without legitimate intention to participate;
          
      6. Transferring funds between accounts to simulate activity or unlock bonuses;
          
      7. Using VPN or geographic location changes to circumvent territorial restrictions and improperly access bonuses;
          
      8. Betting on low-contribution or prohibited games for rollover purposes when expressly forbidden;
          
      9. Providing false or incomplete information during registration or promotion participation.
          
2. ULTRA bet may apply, individually or cumulatively, the following penalties:
    
   1. Cancellation of bonuses and winnings obtained with them;
       
   2. Suspension or termination of the infringing user’s account;
       
   3. Reversal of improperly credited amounts;
       
   4. Blocking user participation in future promotions;
       
   5. Reporting to the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets;
       
   6. Legal or extrajudicial measures to recover amounts and compensate damages.
       
3. Without prejudice to sanctions applied by the Platform, in cases of suspected or confirmed fraud, user information may be shared with competent authorities, especially the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets, in accordance with Brazilian law.
    
4. ULTRA bet reserves the right to monitor all transactions and activities to ensure compliance with these rules through its Game Security Department and may review and update this policy at any time without prior notice.
    

6. Withdrawal Rules with Active Bonus

1. Withdrawal Restrictions with Active Bonus
   
   While there is an active bonus in the player’s account, withdrawals of any amount are not allowed. To release a withdrawal, the active bonus must be fully used and/or release requirements (such as rollover) met, according to the specific terms of the current promotion.
    
2. Bonus Cancellation by the Player
   
   The player may opt to forfeit or cancel the bonus at any time. However, upon cancellation, the entire balance related to the bonus will be automatically lost, including:
    
   1. The originally deposited amount;
       
   2. The bonus amount received;
       
   3. All winnings derived from the bonus.
       

This measure aims to ensure the balance of promotional conditions and prevent misuse of offered incentives.

   3. Betting and transaction history for monitoring gaming behavior.
       
5. Bonuses are optional, and users may opt out of promotions at any time.

7. If any signs of loss of control are detected, users should seek help immediately.
    

8. Personal Data Processing

1. These provisions do not replace or modify ULTRA bet’s Privacy Policy, which is accepted by the Player at the time of registration on the company’s website or app. The Privacy Policy contains additional details on how data is collected, used, and stored.
    
2. The Personal Data Controller is ULTRA bet. The player may contact the Data Protection Officer via email at dpo@suprema.group or by correspondence sent to the company’s official address available on the website.
    
3. The player’s personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
    
   1. Execution of promotions offered on the site;
       
   2. Processing complaints or disputes related to promotions;
       
   3. Regular exercise of rights in judicial, administrative, or arbitration proceedings; as provided in Article 7 of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 - LGPD).

9. Review and General Conditions

1. All times mentioned follow Brasília local time zone (GMT-3).
    
2. ULTRA bet reserves the right to refuse or cancel bonuses to any user who is not properly verified, according to compliance requirements and anti-money laundering policy.
    
3. This policy will be reviewed periodically, at least once a year, or whenever regulatory and operational changes require it, ensuring compliance with Brazilian normative requirements and international best practices.
    
4. ULTRA bet reaffirms its non-negotiable commitment to integrity, transparency, and the promotion of responsible gaming in all its promotional initiatives.
