HOW TO USE THE TOOLS

To activate Deposit Limits or the Break Period, go to your profile settings and select “Deposit Limits” or “Recess (Time-Out)”.

Deposit Limits let users cap the amount of money they can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly, helping control spending before gambling starts.

Break Period (Time-Out) allows users to pause their gambling activity on ULTRA bet for a short time. During this time, the user will not be able to make new bets but can still withdraw any remaining balance.

If you feel at risk of developing a gambling problem or believe you are currently experiencing one, please consider using the Self-Exclusion option. It will block your access to gambling activities for a specific period: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years.

If you recognize yourself in any of the listed behaviors and other recommended precautions are not enough, ULTRA bet advises contacting professional support organizations and requesting exclusion from the platform.

 


SELF-EXCLUSION

Self-exclusion is an option for those who want to stop gambling in casinos or sports betting platforms for a set period (minimum 18 months) or permanently and wish to be supported in this decision.

If you feel you are spending too much time or money on gambling, ULTRA bet allows you to request removal from our platform’s database.

To do this, go to your profile settings. In “My Profile,” look for “Self-Exclusion.”

Selecting this option will disable your gaming account on ULTRA bet for a chosen period (1 month, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanently. If you choose permanent exclusion, your tax ID will remain restricted from opening new accounts for 18 months.

Note: Self-exclusion does not prevent you from withdrawing any available funds.
